i have an 8 yr old english cocker spaniel. he fur is all black which a little white on his chest. lately, for about a few months, its been very red and sore. the vet told me it was allergies but the medicine isn't working, and now the red is starting to show on his white whiskers (from old age). any ideas?? he's always licking it. thank you.
Answer:Probably hot spots, I would go to another vet to see if they can perscribe you of another medicine that can help your dog.
